I was sent to Gail as I was trying to find my way into the online world of boat parts. She has been helpful with every question I have asked. This is the "About Us" portion of her site.
Hi All, I'd like to tell you a little bit about who we are and how we were able to have so many Johnson Outboard parts. Our names are Roger & Gail Evans . We live in Pocomoke City , Maryland ; the Atlantic Ocean is to the east of us and the Chesapeake Bay is to the west of us.
Roger's grandparents , Frank & Ruth Brown ( we called them Mom & Pop ) were Johnson Outboard dealers from the early 1940's till the early 1980's . In 1988 Roger and I became the owners. We still call it "Brown's" to this day.
Roger now works on more cars and trucks than outboards so I said to him one day "Maybe if I went on the internet somebody might be interested in the parts we have; so I went to the AOMC web site posted an ad and could not believe the people who were in need of parts. We do have alot of NOS so I hope when you look you see what you need.
I'd like to thank all of you who have already bought parts and have been so patient with me ; I had no idea the response I would get from this !
